MEET US

We are a husband & wife photography team based in Montana, specializing in weddings for romantic and adventurous couples. We’re passionate about marriage, adventure, and dreaming BIG! When we’re not shooting weddings you can find us exploring in the mountains, traveling to new cities, binge watching our favorite shows on Netflix, or hanging out with our overly energetic dog!

Weddings

We love weddings for one main reason: because we love marriage! Weddings are absolutely amazing days, filled with romance and adventure. Nothing compares to the look on a grooms face when he sees his bride for the first time, the emotion packed into a father/daughter dance, or the smiles on our couples faces as they're officially announced as married! We love roaming through the mountains with our brides and grooms (good thing the Bozeman, MT area isn't lacking mountains!), and our hope is always to feel more like friends with our couples then just another vendor. But the best part about weddings is that we know it's just the beginning for our couples, because as beautiful as a wedding day is, we know their marriage adventure is going to get even better!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You’re engaged! You can’t stop staring at or playing with that new ring on your left hand, and dreaming of your perfect wedding day. I get it, I've been there! Being engaged is one of the most exciting times, but I also know how quickly it can get overwhelming. So I’ve made you a quick little cheat sheet of the first 5 things you need to do when you get engaged!   1. ANNOUNCE THE BIG NEWS, AND CELEBRATE! Tell all your family and friends, make it Facebook official, pop the champagne! Don’t rush into planning right away, take a while to just celebrate the start of this next adventure - and steal as many glances at that ring as you want!   2. SET YOUR BUDGET Before you even get started planning, set your budget! Talking money is never fun, but it’s a crucial step to successful and stress…

Gold glitter, sparkling rings, a white dress, black tux, and an amazing sunset over the mountains. Yep, this New Years Eve was one of the best ever! When we showed up to the room where Amanda and her bridesmaids were getting ready, Amanda was the calmest, most beautiful bride. Sipping her mimosa while her hair was curled, wearing a custom monogrammed flannel. Her and her friends laughed as they got ready, and told us about the bet regarding who would cry first between Amanda and Stephen. All bets were on Stephen. Once hair and makeup was done we all headed to the church, where Amanda put on the final touches - her dress and veil. Surrounded by her bridemaids and mother, Amanda turned around to the mirror where she saw herself as a bride for the first time, and the happy tears immideately started rolling down her cheeks. She had…

When you've known someone since they were 13 years old, the words don't come easy to describe the way you felt when you saw them standing in a beautiful white dress, promising to spend the rest of their life loving their best friend. Words like happiness, or joy, don't even begin to cover it. I remember the late night heart-to-hearts, the silly shenanigans, and the inside jokes. I've watched Bree transform from a rebellious teenager who could sass-talk like it was her job, into the most beautiful mom and wife. I'm so beyond proud of the woman she's become.  So getting to witness her wedding day, from start to finish, was the biggest honor! Surrounded by her two best friends who have known her just as long, she stood in front of her family and friends and vowed to love Kyle for the rest of her days. The father of her son,…

Steve & Deena spent their wedding day surrounded by family and friends from near and far. It was a celebration of love through and through, in true Montana fashion. After Deena stepped into her gorgeous gown, she slipped into her cowboy boots. Steve combined his cowboy hat with a stylish bolo tie. And in the middle of their ceremony they joined hands and branded a piece of barn wood with their initials inside a heart. It was the most unique, and most Montanan ceremony that we've ever seen! Standing in front of their family and friends, with the lake behind them, Steve & Deena vowed to spend their lives side-by-side, serving and loving one another.  We were so in awe of how many people traveled across the country to celebrate with Steve & Deena, but not all of Steve's friends from Minnesota could make it, so they all got together…

As Mandy and her bridesmaids got ready for the day ahead, laughter filled the room. Nestled in the mountains of Big Sky, at our own personal favorite weekend getaway spot, The Rainbow Ranch Lodge was the perfect setting for the joining of two families into one. But something was missing... Mandy had spent hours over the prior months making her floral arrangements for the wedding, including her own bouquet. And somehow they had been left behind at their home in North Dakota. Mandy tried to play it cool, like it wasn't a big deal. But Corey, knowing his bride, knew that those bouquets had to make their way to Montana. So he made it happen! Minutes before their First Look the bouquets were delivered, and Mandy's eyes immediately welled up with tears as she exclaimed how much she really wanted them there. And we don't blame her, they were a STUNNING labor of…
