MEET US

We are a husband & wife photography team based in Montana, specializing in weddings for romantic and adventurous couples. We’re passionate about marriage, adventure, and dreaming BIG! When we’re not shooting weddings you can find us exploring in the mountains, traveling to new cities, binge watching our favorite shows on Netflix, or hanging out with our overly energetic dog!

Personal

In our personal posts you can expect to find stories of our life, travels, adventures, wishes, hopes, dreams, and some open letters written to each other. We want to share about our own marriage, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Along with being open about our biggest goals and aspirations, greatest fears and struggles, and encourage you to keep pursuing your own version of success.

I can't believe I'm finally writing this post, with a 3-week old baby girl sleeping at my side! It felt like we waited forever for this little lady to make her appearance, and now I can hardly remember what life was like before her. She has absolutely turned our world right side up, lack of sleep and all. I never knew you could love someone so fiercely, so quickly. I'm so incredibly thankful that Kelly Kuntz Photography was there to capture our sweet Peyton's arrival! I promise all of the photos below are PG ;) Also, this post definitely includes some of the most unflattering photos of me ever shared online, and thanks to the IV fluids I was pumped with I got extremely swollen during labor, but hands down these photos show the best day of my life yet and I'm so in love with them! If you care to…

I've been meaning to photograph our nursery since I finished it a couple months ago, but naps have taken priority over it most days, haha! I'm so excited to finally share this though! We started with a lot of blue/teal/aqua accents because I was so sure we would be having a baby boy, but once we learned that we were indeed not having a boy we quickly added a bunch of pinks, but I still had to leave some of my favorite blues in the mix too! We also knew that we wanted adventure to be a big theme in the nursery, boy or girl, so there are lots of maps and animals scattered throughout as well. Our main goal was to create a calm space that felt welcoming and organized, and I think we achieved what we set out for! I have spent so many hours just sitting in the…

In my efforts to finally get caught up before this baby girl arrives, I'm finally getting around to sharing our 4th Anniversary trip to the east coast! NYC has a special place in both our hearts - we're huge Yankees fans, spent our honeymoon in NYC, and just love the city in general, but this time we decided to extend our trip and also travel more of the northeast too! It was an incredible trip, minus the fact that baby reaaaally did not like to fly, which made for one sick preggo on flights and walking through airports with all their awful/various smells! Haha.   We started in Boston, which I'll admit, I was extremely hesitant to agree to. As a die-hard Yankees fan, Boston seemed like enemy territory and I was perfectly fine never setting foot in that city. However, Brandon won the battle and I agreed to spend…

I can't believe I'm sharing these! The reality of it all still hasn't fully sunk in... even though I can feel this little girl moving and kicking away in my belly as I write this, and we have a nursery upstairs that is fully ready to welcome a baby, I can't believe that we are one month away from this girls due date!!!  Before the fall colors disappeared, we met up with Kelly of Kelly Kuntz Photography for our own maternity session. We had originally planned to go up to Hyalite, but that weekend was extra snowy in the mountains and we opted to stay in town instead, and I'm SO glad we did!! We had the most amazing fall colors and the Bridger Mountains lit up beautifully at sunset! Kelly absolutely blew us away with these photos and we are so in love with them - it was insanely hard to narrow…

Dear Brandon,   This year I never got around to writing you an anniversary letter like I usually do. Because as you know, the last few months have involved a lot more sleeping and lazy days than before. It turns out that growing a human is exhausting and there were some things I just had to let go of. So this post is coming a little over a month late, sorry about that!   4 years. Can you believe it? It seems both like yesterday, and like a lifetime ago that we stood together and vowed to spend the rest of our days loving one another. 4 years married. Nearly 8 years together. And while some things are still the same, our life is about to look very, very different.   You still make me laugh harder than anyone else can. You still push me to try new things and…
