Terrie and Todd flew across the country, along with most of their guests, to tie the knot at the Hart Ranch in Bozeman. They eased into the day, getting ready surrounded by their closest friends and family, laughing non-stop and even shedding a few happy tears.

So much thought and effort went into their wedding day, from the handmade ring box and centerpieces to the custom compass Todd gifted Terrie that morning. Everything was incredibly beautiful, including their ceremony site with the mountains in the background. But there were dark clouds rolling in, and moments before the bride was to walk down the aisle, the clouds let loose and Todd made the call for everyone to run for cover. It would have been easy enough to get frustrated at the timing of the storm, but these two didn't bat an eye. They had all their guests gather under the awning of the building, leaving a small aisle down the center, and they proceeded with the ceremony. Because they knew that it wasn't really about the setting, or the background, or the weather, this day was about the love that they shared and the beginning of their marriage. And they didn't want to wait a second longer to become Mr. & Mrs.! So they said their vows as the thunder rain fell around us, occasionally having their vows interrupted by thunder, but none of it phased them. They were all smiles and it was such a beautiful moment focused on the emotion and their love.  They ended the night with so much laughter and dancing, surrounded by their loved ones. We had such a great time getting to know both Terrie and Todd and are so thankful we got to celebrate this big day with them!
