MEET US

We are a husband & wife photography team based in Montana, specializing in weddings for romantic and adventurous couples. We’re passionate about marriage, adventure, and dreaming BIG! When we’re not shooting weddings you can find us exploring in the mountains, traveling to new cities, binge watching our favorite shows on Netflix, or hanging out with our overly energetic dog!

Two years ago my cousin Amy and her awesome kids came to town so I could capture Hunter's senior photos and we had the best time roaming the mountains outside of Bozeman for his session! But since they lived in Washington, I never imagined things would also line up for me to capture Reagan's senior photos as well, but as luck would have it they were back in town so Amy could attend her high school reunion and I was so excited Reagan came with so that we could do her senior photos in Montana too!! We hit up downtown and then ended the session in the country, complete with a  beautiful car – it could not have been more perfect and fitting for Reagan! She is kind and smart but also so fierce and full of personality.

No blogs for 7 whole months, and now I'm coming atcha with two in one week?? Crazy, I know!!! BUT.... these two adorable humans right here, they're getting married... THIS WEEKEND!!!! So obviously I had to share their engagement session before that!    One of my favorite parts of couples sessions is learning their story.  Hearing all about how they met, started dating, how he proposed, I love hearing all of it!! I'm being honest though, this year has been a bit of a whirlwind into parenthood, and if I tried to retell you their super cute story now, I'd surely not do it justice and mess up plenty of details. But the one thing I do remember is that these two met in class. They ended up in the same group on a project and Kyle mispronounced the name of a small Montana town, to which Alesha promptly corrected him, also…

Friends, somehow we've made it to August and I haven't blogged anything since my daughter was born.... in JANUARY!!! Yikes! Did you think I'd forgotten about sharing things with you? I promise I didn't! I've just been soaking up these precious moments with my baby girl and learning how to be a mom who is on the floor playing instead of stuck behind a screen. But the list of amazing sessions & weddings I have to share with you from this year is LONG. And they're all coming soon enough, but I figured I might as well start here, with this weekend's amazing adventure with Blair & Mike!   We went into last night with a number of challenges stacked against us. I've been sick for a week. I've got a nasty cough and a barely-there extra raspy voice. It is SMOKEY in town! The air quality was officially declared "unhealthy"…

I can't believe I'm finally writing this post, with a 3-week old baby girl sleeping at my side! It felt like we waited forever for this little lady to make her appearance, and now I can hardly remember what life was like before her. She has absolutely turned our world right side up, lack of sleep and all. I never knew you could love someone so fiercely, so quickly. I'm so incredibly thankful that Kelly Kuntz Photography was there to capture our sweet Peyton's arrival! I promise all of the photos below are PG ;) Also, this post definitely includes some of the most unflattering photos of me ever shared online, and thanks to the IV fluids I was pumped with I got extremely swollen during labor, but hands down these photos show the best day of my life yet and I'm so in love with them! If you care to…

I've been meaning to photograph our nursery since I finished it a couple months ago, but naps have taken priority over it most days, haha! I'm so excited to finally share this though! We started with a lot of blue/teal/aqua accents because I was so sure we would be having a baby boy, but once we learned that we were indeed not having a boy we quickly added a bunch of pinks, but I still had to leave some of my favorite blues in the mix too! We also knew that we wanted adventure to be a big theme in the nursery, boy or girl, so there are lots of maps and animals scattered throughout as well. Our main goal was to create a calm space that felt welcoming and organized, and I think we achieved what we set out for! I have spent so many hours just sitting in the…
